In Launch, I work alongside you as a strategic sounding board over a longer period of time. Not to manage or execute for you, but to help you move forward with clarity, make better decisions along the way and ensure the idea doesn’t stall, dilute or disappear under day-to-day reality.
This is where strategy meets reality, and where ideas are given the attention they need to actually land and hold.
Launch is for people who don’t want to circle endlessly, but want to see their work carried through until it’s finished and able to stand on its own.

Launch is for creative entrepreneurs, makers and artists who are serious about what they are building.
You already have experience. You are used to carrying responsibility. And you know that doing this work well, with attention to quality, timing and coherence, is difficult to do alone.
You also have an eye for design and like a big laugh. As we will be working together, I like to have good time whilst building your beautiful dream.

What to Expect
Launch is a one-on-one collaboration built around rhythm, continuity and your specific situation.
We work together with biweekly sessions. One session takes place in person, the other online. In between, there is room for short check-ins or mails when something needs attention.
The work itself is not confined to a single discipline. Depending on the phase, we draw on strategy, concept development, design thinking, communication and marketing perspectives to move the idea forward. Not as a fixed method, but as tools that are applied when and where they are useful.
Each session is shaped around what is actually happening. We look at what is moving, what is stuck, and what decisions or shifts are needed next. Sometimes that means sharpening strategy or concept. Sometimes it’s about positioning, narrative, timing or focus.
You remain fully responsible for the work itself. My role is to stay alongside you as an outside mind, bringing perspective, experience and the right tools to help you navigate each phase on the way to launch.
The Outcome
Launch is about creating momentum and coherence and then moving all the way through the launch. Over the course of the collaboration, clarity builds gradually: about what to do, how to do it and when. We work through the full arc of bringing an idea into existence.
From sharpening the idea itself, testing assumptions and defining positioning, to shaping propositions, developing the narrative and aligning everything around it, from brand and communication to launch and go-to-market choices. What matters most is that all of this comes together into something that holds, and can actually be carried into the world exactly like you meant it to be.
Direction
Direction is the foundation of success. Working together replaces second-guessing in isolation. This creates alignment between who you have become and what you are building, making it possible to choose, prioritise, and move forward without constant doubt.
Full Circle
Everything is brought inside one coherent frame: positioning, propositions, narrative, and the way the idea shows up in the world. What was fragmented comes full circle into a whole that fits you, as the person behind it, and the context you operate in.
Finish
Launch is about follow-through. It takes an idea or an existing direction beyond potential by shaping, testing, and carrying it far enough to work in the world. Through focus, selection, and steady pressure, intention, presence and action create momentum.
