How we work together?

 

A Full Strategy & Concept engagement runs over a defined period of six weeks and is focused from start to finish.


We begin with an intake to determine whether there is a clear fit to get to a go or no go.

If we proceed, the work starts with a briefing intensive: a half-day session in which we go through all relevant ins and outs, questions, context and ambitions.

This session sets the direction and forms the foundation for everything that follows.

 


During the process, there are check-ins every week and at key moments to test direction, sharpen choices and maintain momentum. The core work is done independently, from the outside in, with full focus on coherence, decision-making and quality.


The engagement concludes with a final presentation, in which the strategy and concept come together as a clear, usable foundation that can be taken forward with confidence.
