90 Days Freelancer to Founder Program

  1. Agreement to Privacy Policy and Terms

By enrolling in the 90 Days Freelancer to Founder Program, which consists of 12 weeks with 12 weekly trainings, Weekly Q&A's, access to the bindu Super Formula Workbook, and membership to the Private LinkedIn Group, you agree to both this Privacy Policy and the following Terms and Conditions.

 

  1. Program Duration and Access

The 90 Days Freelancer to Founder Program is a 12-week course. Participants will have access to the program materials, including the weekly trainings and the bindu Super Formula Workbook, for the duration of the 12 weeks from the start date of their enrollment.

 

  1. Money Back Guarantee

Participants in the program are eligible for a 75% money back guarantee under specific conditions. To be eligible for a refund, participants must have watched at least two trainings and attended at least two live Q&A Sessions. If, after fulfilling these requirements, participants feel that the program is not suitable for them, they can request a refund within a specified timeframe, as outlined in the program's refund policy.

 

  1. Refund Process

To initiate the refund process, participants must send an email to [email protected] within the designated refund period of three weeks. Upon verification of the program participation, the refund will be processed within 14 days and credited back to the original payment method.

 

  1. User Responsibilities

Participants are responsible for their own progress and success in the program. Completion of the weekly trainings, active participation in the Q&A Sessions, and implementation of the program materials are essential for maximizing the benefits of the 90 Days Freelancer to Founder Program.

 

  1. Program Modifications

bindu reserves the right to modify the program content, schedule, or any other aspect of the program at its sole discretion. Participants will be notified of any significant changes that may affect their participation.

 

  1. Intellectual Property

All program materials, including but not limited to training videos, workbooks, and resources provided during the 90 Days Freelancer to Founder Program, are the intellectual property of bindu. Participants agree not to reproduce, distribute, or share any program materials without explicit written permission from bindu.

 

  1. Confidentiality

Participants agree to keep any information shared during the program's Q&A Sessions or in the Private LinkedIn Group confidential. This includes any sensitive business strategies, personal experiences, or proprietary information shared by other participants.

 

  1. Termination of Participation

bindu reserves the right to terminate a participant's access to the program without a refund if they violate the Terms and Conditions or behave in a manner that is disruptive, harmful, or violates the privacy and rights of other participants.

 

  1. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions of the 90 Days Freelancer to Founder Program are governed by the laws of The Netherlands.
